Who we are

Elder Kingdom is provided by Lili's Ark Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 15424953), registered office 106 Hemper Lane, Sheffield, S8 7FE, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: support@elderkingdom.com. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to play. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything. Keep your sign-in methods secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Each person may keep one account. Accounts cannot be sold or transferred.

Fair play and conduct

Use Elder Kingdom fairly. Do not harass others, impersonate players or staff, cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit defects, trade accounts or in-game items for real money, or share unlawful, hateful or sexual content. You are responsible for messages sent from your account. Chat and kingdom names are visible to other players. Report abuse through the game controls or contact support.

Virtual currency and items

Coins and other virtual items are a limited licence to use content in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or real-world prizes, and cannot be transferred outside the game. Some features, such as Daily Chance, give random rewards; the odds are shown in the game before you play. We may rebalance or change game content, prices and features over time.

Purchases, refunds and your right to cancel

Prices are shown in the game or shop and include VAT where applicable. Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are handled by Apple or Google. Refunds for those purchases are governed by the store's own rules and are requested through the store (for Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google, through Google Play order history).

For purchases made on our website, you have a legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days. For digital content that is supplied immediately, you ask us at checkout to supply it straight away and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the coins are delivered to your account. If coins have not been delivered, or are faulty or not as described, you keep your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires. To ask for help, email support@elderkingdom.com with your kingdom name and order reference.

A refund of a purchase may remove the coins it gave you. If those coins have already been spent we may restrict or reduce your balance or account.

Suspension and termination

We may warn, mute, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse, and may remove content that does. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account ends your licence to use any remaining coins and items, and unused virtual items are not refunded except where the law requires.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the game available but may interrupt it for maintenance, updates or events outside our control. We may change or end features, worlds or the game with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these terms; if you keep playing after a change you accept it. We will tell you in the game about significant changes.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses. The game is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Intellectual property

The game, its artwork and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute them except as the law allows. You keep ownership of what you write, and give us a licence to display and store it in the game to run the service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in the UK you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live; the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction for everyone else. If you live elsewhere, mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.
