Include your kingdom name, world and a description of the problem. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, purchase tokens or payment card details. If you ask about a purchase, give the store order number or website order reference.
Common requests
- Purchases and refunds. App purchases are refunded through Apple or Google; website purchases are covered by our terms. We can help if coins did not arrive.
- Reporting a player. Use the report option in chat, or email us with the kingdom name and what happened.
- Your data. To access, correct or erase your data, see our privacy policy and email us.
- Deleting your account. Follow the account deletion instructions.
